We realize that unforeseen circumstances may arise that make you unable to attend a booked appointment at our salon. That’s why we accept cancellations, without payment, up to 24 hours in advance.

If your request for cancellation is under 24 hours from your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of your estimated total cost of the treatment you requested. You may also be required to prepay for the full cost of services for any future appointments.

If you are a new client and do not notify us of a cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the full cost of the treatment and salon services you requested, and may be required to prepay for the full cost of services for any future appointments.
